Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels.Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass.Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily.Have fruits and vegetables in good quantity.Do 30 minutes exercise daily.
