yes. They are same.
But only taking collagen peptide won't help in osteoporosis and knee pain.
You have to be started on some other medications also.
Sometimes knee pain is because of severe vitamin d3 deficiency. We need to run some blood tests also.

At this age it's not possible, though u can do yoga,, cycling,, swimming,, running etc :skipping also important,, u need to take high protein,,
