You can not walk and stand from last 10 years. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take soyabean chunks in your diet on alternate days. Take 2 or 3 dates daily as these will provide all vitamins and minerals. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Move your body parts daily before starting to walk or stand. Follow this and give feedback.

Yes you are correct. TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) is not beneficial as it poses serious threats like testicular atrophy and permanent reduction of T levels, due to the use of synthetic testosterone hormone . Hypotetsosterone due to Pitutary adenoma can be cured by the help of Ayurveda herbs and simple lifestyle;e changes.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.
