It depends on what grade of power you had in your right upper and lower limb post stroke. If you had grade 1, chances of improvement are grim and if grade 4 then excellent chances, in between grades have intermediate recovery.

Hello, if there is follicle in tube that may cause pain. If you feel increase in intensity of pain kindly visit gynecologist as soon as possible. For pain relieve you can take hot fomentation on lower abdomen. For confirmation of pregnancy you can go for beta hcg blood test.
