It could be due to hormonal disturbance, consume papaya in your diet either fruit or fruit case which will help you to cleanse the complete uterus so that your cycle will get regularised. And also regarding your pregnancy please consult your doctor before proceeding further as at times the urine test for pregnancy would confirm the same rather than doing those tests which are done at home.
