Dear lybrate-user,
all tablets have side effects and interactions. Some side effects may be beneficial to you. You have to tolerate the side effects for the sake of the benefit they give. Major side effect on organs like thyroid, kidneys and parathyroid will be monitored by your psychiatrist periodically. There are plenty of alternatives - each of them side effects on its own.

I think you have a problem with anger and may be it is there from childhood. Suicide is never an option and intense therapy is highly recommended. Pleases meet with a doctor and counselor immediately and do cooperate with both to your utmost. Identify the pain and deal with it soon. I think your anger is probably the most important emotion to deal with right now. You must exercise regularly, eat healthily, sleep well and live somewhat stress-free.

Dear lybrate-user,
you need a detailed consultation with your psychiatrist for assessment and diagnosis. Clonotril is given only for few days before assessment is done. It will not be the treatment after diagnosis. At your age we need to assess your medical conditions also.
