Hi dear ,you can take 1 cup of green tea in a day preferably after 1 hour of your lunch.
Green tea is rich in antioxidants and helps in removing toxins from the body, increase metabolic rate ang good for digestion. Hope this helps.

No such coffee or tea ment specially for PCOD patient simply you can avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food Take proper treatment for PCOD otherwise you will continue gaining weight.

Green tea/coffee is just another good health drink which has certain other benefits. However there is no scientific evidence to show that Green Tea or Coffee can reduce any weight.

Never heard of "Green Coffee" Have heard of green tea. The thing is that all these products are NOT GOOD for the body in long run. Green tea is made from a Chinese Herb. Dear Lybrate reader tea contains central nervous stimulants--though people claim it is good for health---it is not true. Taking tea one or two times a day gives nervous stimulation so that you will feel fresh for some time--drinking tea several times daily is definitely not good for health--tea&coffee are gastric stimulants --frequent drinking of tea&coffee can cause gatritis.
