Green tea is the over hyped commercial product to cleanse the system. Green tea will not resolve your stool problem, eating a diet rich in fiber will. Banana is a natural food, good for skin, hair & food pipe, does cure chronic constipation minus medicines sold over the counter.

hello gurdeep.
anything in excess will have its side effects.there are some studies which showed that green tea in long term use can cause cancer. but as of now there are no side effects. just dont make it a habit.
