Doing one thing does not help in weight reduction. Simple way to lose weight and stay fit is to eat simple food. Avoid market food including milk products, white sugar and refined oil. Increase intake of fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts. & seeds. Do 30 mins of exercise daily.

Hi I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons.
