Consuming large amount of caffeine can cause many problems such as insomnia, headache, upset stomach, nervousness, vomiting, nausea etc. If you are over weight or want to reduce weight then go for a balanced diet. No, the weight will not increase more after discontinuing green coffee beans after a month and it increases as you stop the dieting and start eating everything without any restriction.

No such coffee or tea ment specially for PCOD patient simply you can avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food Take proper treatment for PCOD otherwise you will continue gaining weight.
