Green coffee has higher levels of antioxidants (chlorogenic acid) which is" thought" to have a weight reducing effect on metabolism. It is yet to be concurred by a reliable study. That being said, green coffee and its antioxidant components are beneficial for the body but attempting to lose weight only using green coffee is not advisable.

Coffee is a acidic food which can cause problems if taken in excess. Do not exceed 2 cups per day
