Xyloric will not help you in relieving pain of gout. You have to take colchicin and anti inflammatory analgesics under supervision of a Physician.
Xyloric is prescribed to reduce serum uric acid to prevent gout attacks and aother bad effects of high uric acid.

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. You should take low purine diet. Avoid excess of nonveg, eggs,milk, dairy products, spinache,tomato etc.
Still if Uric acid is high take medicine after consulting a Doctor.

I can understand that your mother is in a lot of pain, and she has to difficulties in doing day to day activities as well. Allopathic painkillers will surely give her temporary relief but long term relief can be obtained with homeopathic medication.
