Gout is a condition occurring because of a metabolic aberration, certain enzyme associated with purine metabolism is absent, generating more uric acid. Since I am a physiotherapist I cannot suggest medicine but I suggest you to hotwater fermentations that would help you to get relieved from joint pains. I also suggest you to go for good ayurvedic body massage which would help you to get releived from joint pain and also swimming activity is advisable. Hello, Thanks for the query.
Many people do have high level of uric acid, that need not always lead to gout or joint problems. By reducing the intake of foods with high purines like red meat, organ meat, certain sea foods one can reduce the uric acid level. Thanks.

Xyloric will not help you in relieving pain of gout. You have to take colchicin and anti inflammatory analgesics under supervision of a Physician.

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain.
