Those who have Gouty arthritis should undergo mild modification in your diet plan. For your Uric acid, at this level you have to take Ayurvedic medicines. It will relieve completely. Please avoid smoking, if you have habit to smoke. At least drink 3 liters of water every day. Avoid heavy intake of animal proteins, especially read meat. Curd, paneer, Black gram are also not good. Medicine should start as early possible.

Gout is a condition occurring because of a metabolic aberration, certain enzyme associated with purine metabolism is absent, generating more uric acid. There is no permanent cure for the condition according to modern medicine. As regards Ayurvedic drugs, it is better if you consult that expert. Thanks.

Since I am a physiotherapist I cannot suggest medicine but I suggest you to hotwater fermentations that would help you to get relieved from joint pains. I also suggest you to go for good ayurvedic body massage which would help you to get releived from joint pain and also swimming activity is advisable. But food precautions, it is better to avoid tamarind in the food rather to add Lime or Mango. And also avoid eating fr.

Many people do have high level of uric acid, that need not always lead to gout or joint problems. By reducing the intake of foods with high purines like red meat, organ meat, certain sea foods one can reduce the uric acid level. Thanks.

Xyloric will not help you in relieving pain of gout. You have to take colchicin and anti inflammatory analgesics under supervision of a Physician.
Xyloric is prescribed to reduce serum uric acid to prevent gout attacks and aother bad effects of high uric acid.

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain.
