Hello, thanks for the query.
Please let me know whether you have any symptoms due to high uric acid? If there are no symptoms then there is no need to take any medication. You can look at avoiding high purine containing foods like red meat, organ meat, sea foods, sweetened aerated drinks like colas, alcohol etc.
As regards taking calcium supplement that can be done. Thanks.

You can take tomatoes if you have 6.0 level uric acid. Tomatoes, which are also counted as a fruit rather than a vegetable, are good for your body and their high vitamin C content can help in reducing the uric acid levels.

hi sir,
apply hot or cold fermentation to thigh and hip,
do light gentle massage to that area daily,
don't put pressure on that area,
take protein diet in your menu.

You have not mentioned levels. Also r you already taking medicine. Follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes.
