For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily...
Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily 10 min after meals for a week
1tsf triphala churna daily at night.
Take small meals 4-5 times a day.
.Eat healthy n light food ...
Drink plenty of water...
Walk 1km daily in evening...
Follow up after a week.
For imuunity u can take giloy qwath 20 ml daily early morning...more
