Yes, you can do test after 3 weeks of exposure. You can do VDRL test. Symptoms can be rash on private part or white discharge from penis.

AIDS and VDRL different. There are many sexually transmitted diseases. Best is to meet dermato-venereologist and get schedule of all other tests required.

For gonorreah = urethral smear for gonococci.
For chlamydia = naat urine sample ,cervix discharge swab.(pap test)

You want to test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. I advise you to do VDRL test, RPR test and serology for chlamydia. The cost is around Rs 1000 only.
