Hello, Thanks for the query.
Thyromegaly tends to occur due to either iodine deficiency or due to other causes like thyrotoxicosis and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. If pressure symptoms are there then surgery is the only option to relieve those. It would have been better if you had mentioned actual T3, T4 & TSH values. Also it is better to check Anti-TPO antibodies. Cost of surgery the specific hospital will only be able to give. Thanks. Thanks.

pain could be due to soar throat, pharyngitis etc.
if you feel its thyroid enlargement you can do ultrasonography of neck to rule out thyroid swelling. small thyroid nodules are difficult to palpate with fingers and for that USG is best option.

you can send me your neck picture in private message if you are confused about swelling

Mr. lybrate-user, It has to be properly investigated to see if goitre is causing hypothyroidism or thyrotoxicity. So by simply mentioning goitre no medicine can be prescribed. Plus in this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines and no prescriptions. Hence, if you are (your friend) looking for specific treatment advise, then please come back with following details: Thyroid assay results, body weight, height and details of any symptoms experienced. Thanks.

I think this condition is ok now. For pregnancy you should plan ayurvedic based treatment for healthy, intellectual and beautiful child after your cycles are ok. This will be a series of treatment plans. Once you conceive there is masanumas chikitsa, very wondeful. May talk or meet some vaidya there.

Adenomyosis needs surgery if all other medications fail to perform and you are in excessive pain. Removal of ovaries might not be a possible treatment to cure adenomyosis. In such a case, removal of the uterus is the only option left with your doctor.

Adenomyosis treatment by allopathic is only by contraceptives or hysterectomy. Ayurveda treatment is comparatively more helpful. Hyperpigmentation of skin is also associated with your conditions. Should you like to have ayurvedic treatment pl send more info and history of illness step by step. You may book a call on Lybrate private consultancy link or chat on Lybrate private link.

ideally, it advised using minoxidil after 20-30 mins of dermarollers use. As when you use dermaroller it open ups micropores on your scalp. Sometimes using minoxidil immediately after roller might cause irritation. So if you feel more irritation.
