I need to know if your daughter was preterm baby or full term. Was there any medical history that you want to share, or her eating habits. What does her pediatrician say. A one year child can have most foods that are soft cooked or mashed with minimum seasoning. U try small amount of khichdi, dal rice, mashed vegetable potato, fruits, soups juices to give her variety. Add some dry fruit paste and almond pate to porridge or fornication or custard, they act as natural sweetener. How is her digestion. She can can small amount of curd also.

The recommended shilajit dosage guidelines will help you get the most benefit out of taking purified shilajit resin, sometimes referred to a mineral pitch. There are varying grades of shilajit. The guide addresses use of the highest grade (Gold Grade). Before taking any product, do your homework to ensure it is real shilajit and not a synthesized imitation. Note that powder forms are most often imitations created with fulvic acid from fertilizer and inactive, cheap fillers. To find your optimal dosage, begin by taking a piece about the size of a grain of rice (~100 mg) once per day. In a few days, take the same amount 2-3 times per day. Then gradually increase the amount of shilajit taken with each dose up to a large pea size (~300 mg) until you achieve the desired benefits. Do not be greatly concerned with getting the portions exactly right or exactly the same each time you take it. Use the same shape (elliptical like rice or round like a pea) each time to ensure that you have relative consistent amounts. By following these recommendations, you will find how much shilajit you should take. Factors that will affect the amount of shilajit required for you include: • Body size • Body mass index (BMI) • General health • Metabolism • Food and other lifestyle choices • Benefits sought • Your personal molecular chemistry (granted, this one is a mystery!) As with any new experience for your body, you may experience undesired effects such as difficulty sleeping or digestive discomfort. These are usually temporary and an indicator that you should step down the dosage for a few more days then try to increase the amount taken giving your body more time to adjust. Of course, if you experience any symptom that you would describe as stronger than mild seek consultation with your healthcare professional. How to Take Shilajit-Ayurveda practitioners recommend taking shilajit with one or a combination of the following organic ingredients to increase delivery of the adaptogenic effects to the body: • hot milk (we recommend organic goats milk) • ghee (clarified butter) • raw, unpasteurized honey • Sesame oil Vegans may prefer to use coconut oil, herbal teas, or spring water. Do NOT use chlorinated water which comes from your kitchen tap if you are connected to city water services. Experimenting with various solutions and recording your experiences will help you find the best delivery method for you. Shilajit dissolves in a warm liquid within a couple of minutes. Flattening the portion with the back of a spoon and stirring speeds the process. When to Take Shilajit To maximize absorption, the best time to take your dosage of shilajit is on an empty stomach in the morning. If you find that shilajit produces immense energy then don’t take it in the evening as it may cause sleep difficulty for some people. Yes shilajit can be taken before or after breakfast. We prefer hot goats milk instead of cow's milk.

1) Take the cream from fresh milk, add few drops of lemon and apply on the face to remove pimples and acne. (good for dry skin) 2) Grind 30 gm of thymol seeds (ajwain) in 25 gm of curd and apply on pimples and acne. Wash the face the next morning. This removes pimples. 3) Take equal quantities of holy basil leaves and lemon juice and apply on the pigmentation marks, dark circles or pimples. This is an effective medicine. 4) Add glycerin four times the quantity of lemon juice and rub the face to get rid of pimples. Massage the whole body to get the silky and soft effect. 5) Soak lentil dal in sufficient water so that the entire water is absorbed. Grind it and add it in milk. Apply this paste on the face twice daily. This removes pigmentation marks and pimples. 6) Grind the dried orange peels in water and apply the paste on the face. This removes pigmentation marks and pimple. 7) Rub Jaiphal in milk and apply on pimples and pigmentation marks. This gives glowing skin. 8) Boil cumin seeds and wash the face with that water. This gets rid of pigmentation marks, dark circles etc and enhances the beauty. 9) Grind Jaiphal and black pepper in raw milk and apply on the face at bedtime. This cures pimples and removes pigmentation marks and makes the face beautiful. 10) Take one spoon lentil dal, half spoon rapeseeds and two almonds – grind it nicely and add lemon juice. Apply this paste on the face. Wash the face when dry. 11) Take equal quantities of alum and black pepper and apply on pimples and acne. 12) Grind guava and banana and apply the paste on face. 13) Apply cucumber juice on face to remove pigmentation marks and pimples. 14) Add radish juice in curd and apply on face to get rid of pimples, acne and pigmentation marks. 15) Add honey in onion juice and apply on the face, this cures both the problems. 16) Apply multani mati on face and peel it when dry. Wash the face with cold water. 17) Grind black pepper and apply on pimples. 18) Add gram flour in castor oil and apply on face, this is very beneficial. 19) Mix rapeseed and rock salt in lemon juice and apply on pimples. 20) Grind almonds in goat milk and apply on pimples to get rid of pimples. 21) Rub the seed of date palm in vinegar and apply on pimples. Wash the face after one hour with soap. Pimples disappear within three to four days. 22) Take equal quantities of lemon juice, rogan badam and glycerin, mix thoroughly and store it in clean bottle. Apply this lotion on the face everyday, to make the skin soft and beautiful. 23) Grind chironji and add butter, apply this pack on the face and rub it nicely. This cures all the skin related problems. 24) Add lemon juice and rose water in equal quantities and apply on face. Wash the face after half hour with fresh water. The pimples are cured within 10 to 15 days. This gets rid of pigmentation marks and dark spots. 25) Rub the lemon peels on the body before taking bath and wash the face with lukewarm water, this is effective to get rid of pimples. 26) Apply blue oil (pour oil in blue coloured bottle and keep under the Sun for one and half months) on pimples. 27) Add onion juice, rock salt and honey and apply on the face. 28) Add lemon juice in Giloy juice and apply on the face to get rid of pimples. 29) Add black holy basil leaves powder in turmeric powder and apply the pack on the face before bath. This removes pimples. 30) Grind fenugreek leaves and apply the pack on the face, let it dry. Then wash the face, continue this for few days to remove pimples. This also makes the skin soft and smooth. 31) Add grounded onion seeds powder in lemon juice and apply on face; this is effective in case of pimples. 32) Apply sandal wood oil on the face to clean all the infection causing bacteria and pimples. 33) Take equal quantities of Jaiphal, black pepper, red sandal, grind it nicely and add it in water. Apply this paste on the face to get rid of pimples.

Home remedies for liver cirrhosis: 1) mix one tablespoon papaya seed juice with 10 drops of lime juce and take it for a month 2) Avoid proteins and sugar rich food. Only high quality protein such as goat milk, cottage cheese and almonds can be taken. 3) Pulses and legumes must be avoided. Internal Medicine is also required for this disease. Dear Lybrate user, some time baby don't like to take formula milk so they vomit out. If mother is having proper milk secretion there is no need to give formula milk. And if not than you can give goat milk or cow milk. Before giving these milk you have to dilute it (add water). For any other query, consult me.

It all depends on your motivation and never give up attitude. No you will lose weight needed you change your thinking and attitude towards permanent natural weight loss. Thanks for contacting with your health concern A. Preventive Aspect. 1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea,chocolate, cola,and some pain relievers PS. [four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. PS. [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. PS. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness. 4. Take dinner 2-3 hours before bedtime and avoid foods that cause indigestion. [spicy-heavy- junk food] 5. Avoid afternoon napping to prevent late night awakening [ between 2-3 pm is ideal, but that too sitting on a chair while head resting on table] 6. Looking at clock in your bedroom, [when you are trying to fall asleep] can actually increase stress, making it harder to fall asleep. Turn your clock’s face away from you. 7. Principle is to have well balanced diet with more of proteins and more Calories with exercise, take more of cereals, legumes,daal egg, and eat fresh fruits regularly with sweet pulp like (banana, mango, chickoos, grapes) 8. Lemon juice mixed with sugar in a glass of water helps release stress removing hormones from the body and bring mind at peace/rest. 10. Mix 4-5 dates in half glass of water and drink 2 times daily for a month. 11. Eat 2 spoon coriander seeds with 2 spoons of sugar candy. Rub castor oil on palms and feet. Drink a juice of coriander leaves, water and sugar. Before retiring to bed wash your mouth, head, back of neck, both ears and legs with cold water.
