Professional cleaning for once alone will not control the problem. Maintenance of gums in healthy condition requires you to visit the dentist every 6 months for teeth cleaning. If you fail to do so, there is a chance that it progresses to severe form of gum disease. Home remedies include warm salt water gargling after every meal and proper brushing technique.

Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash and gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars," these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

Here's why your symptoms are concerning:

I understand that you're experiencing severe pain in your lower tooth, making it difficult to do anything. This sounds worrisome, and I can't diagnose the cause or offer medical advice. However, I can provide some guidance on what you can do next:
immediate relief:
contact your dentist as soon as possible: explain the severity and location of the pain. Most dentists offer emergency appointments for such situations.

Hello lybrate-user, the black colour of your teeth which you are talking about is probably due to the calculus deposits in that area which with time gets stained depending upon the foods you take. It occurs because of improper brushing in that region regardless of what toothpaste you use. So, the most important thing is your brushing technique which you need to improve. Have some look over the youtube videos, you will get to know the proper method. Once the plaque gets calcified, it can not be r...more

Yes, it is generally safe to take medical treatment for a toothache after taking an i-pill on november 21st. The i-pill, also known as emergency contraceptive medication, does not interact with most medications, including those used for dental treatment.
However, it is always advisable to inform your dentist about any medication you are taking, including the i-pill. This allows them to make informed decisions about your treatment and ensure it is safe and effective.
