Nicardia xl is one of the good drugs for bp control.

diabetes according to alloapthy is not treatable, it can be controlled with medications & the patient has to be dependent on medications for long. According to Ayurveda, there are two types- one is sadha(treatable) and second one is Yapya(treatable with medication). you have to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. walk around 40 min to one hour daily.
