Don't skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight. Eat regular meals. Eating at regular times during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

If it is interfering with your work or personal life, or affecting your sleep or appetite, consult a Psychiatrist immediately. Anger issues are usually an indication of an underlying problem which needs to be addressed further.

If the therapy is not working, then change the therapist. You can review the medication too. But of paramount importance is whether you are cooperating adequately for anything to work. It is a crores of rupees question. Many researchers are still spending much time and energy to find such a medicine or counseling.
Right now, we have effective drugs to counteract withdrawal symptoms. We have 2-3 types of tablets to counteract craving for alcohol. Of course, we have disulfiram (antabuse) for developing aversion towards alcohol.
