the burning sensation in the chest might be like gastritis.
Take tab pan 40 mg 1-0-1, 30 min before meals for 5 days.
Avoid spicy, oily food, tea and coffee.
Keep yourself well hydrated and have your meals at right time always. For difficulty while passing stools and hemorrhoids its better to consult a general surgeon.

Pan done in empty stomach.
Rifagut 400 two times a day after food. Both two weeks.
Oz two times a day after food for five days.
Ulgel liquid 10 ml after food without water for 30 min. For two weeks.
Consultation by gastroenterologist advisable.

I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc....more
