Hi lybrate-user
You need to understand that vaginal warts are caused by hpv infection. A kind of human virus. Well viruses do not have any home remedies. The only way for you is hpv vaccination before you reach 21. So visit a gynae oncologist. Remember these warts shal recur. Without vaccination. The exisitng warts shal need excision or cauterisation.

Apple cider vinegar may treat genital warts at home. It's similar to prescription medications that use acidic ingredients to kill off the virus. You can soak a Q-tip, cotton ball, or gauze in apple cider vinegar and apply it to the warts.

Tips
The main method recommended for treating a wart with apple cider vinegar is fairly simple. You just need a cotton ball, water, apple cider vinegar, and duct tape or a bandage. 1) Mix two parts apple cider vinegar in one part water. 2) Soak a cotton ball in the vinegar/water solution
Sorry its not advisable to provide medicines online.
