Hello-
Always use condoms and dental dams during oral, anal, and vaginal sex. Talk with your doctor about taking herpes medication every day, which can lower your chances of spreading herpes. Don't have sex during a herpes outbreak, even with a condom. There may be sores on places the condom doesn't cover.

Hello-
you will transmit herpes to your partner. When the virus reactivates, it's called a recurrent infection. Women who have active herpes infections are more likely to pass the virus on to their babies during a vaginal birth. The infant comes into contact with herpes blisters in the birth canal, which can cause infection.
It is best to treat it first and minimise the viral load before planning to for marriage.
