Asked for male, 39 years old from Indore

Sir I have genital herpes now currently blister not making but I have fungal infection on penis head and my nails colour is changed of both hands and legs on front side, also when pushed at the point of colour chang observed pain at this point. In my left finger observed numbness. My question that all this can done due to genital herpes, around the genital area also observing hot sensation and getting sweating please explain this is why happening and also suggest a treatment for the same. I am not taking acyclovir from last three months.

The herpes cannot cause hiv by its own but it causes painful ulcers on penis so if you do sex with some person having hiv without condoms you may get it. And there is no cure for genital herpes so its dangerous.

Hello-
Herpes and HIV are two different STD. So one cant cause another. You can minimise your viral load, thus preventing it to transmit into your sexual partner after marriage.

You have genital herpes. I advise you to increase your body immunity to win over the activity of this disease. When there are no blisters then there are no chances of spread of disease during unprotected sex. Follow this and be happy.

you don't have hiv as per your reports but you still catch some other stds too. Better to go for a complete std screening.

Hello-
Always use condoms and dental dams during oral, anal, and vaginal sex. Talk with your doctor about taking herpes medication every day, which can lower your chances of spreading herpes. Don't have sex during a herpes outbreak, even with a condom. There may be sores on places the condom doesn't cover.
