I got genital herpes by touching the cold sore of my friend. She was having hsv 1 but I did not kbow her condition and touched her cold blisters. And than I rush to the washroom and cleaned my vagina without even washing those infected hands. I am a virgin and never been intimate. But unfortunately I got genital herpes sir/ma'am I am really pissed off by such a information that I can never have sex with my partner. I can infect him. Plss help me.

you might feel mad, embarrassed, ashamed, or upset at first. But you'll probably feel a lot better as time goes by, and you see that having herpes doesn't have to be a big deal. People with herpes have relationships and live totally normal lives.

I have been suffering from genital herpes for last 31.in the year 1991 had transmitted herpes through sexual intercourse, at that time it not know whether herpes or not, just I know that it is std. Consulted hospital compounder and took 3 vials of penidure la 6 lac, thought cured. Got married in the year 1994 after that whenever blisters appears on private parts both of us use to self medication that is took 6 vials of penidure la 6 many times. It was only in the year 2006, after 15 years formally specialist Dr. consulted, herpes test done but not much high took medicine both of us. In the mean time we had 3 children. I the year 2021 herpes test done and ratio found high 503 & 705 for my wife. Both of us lost body weight around 6/7 kg each. Now we are under treatment taking valcivir 1000 mg 1 tablet per day. My wife have body rush and itching too much and also weakness. For me weakness and muscles get retired very early.

I went to get a herpes simplex 1 igg test and I tested positive. I do not know when I got it or if its on the mouth or genitals as I have never in my life shown any symptoms and never had an outbreak before. Can I still pass the virus on without having ever seen no symptoms and also if im about to have a life long partner, do I need to make them aware of this situation?

Hello-
A positive HSV-1 IGg test means you have been infected with HSV recently or at some point in the past.Yes you can transmit the infection to your partner also.

No. It's impossible to get infected by using towels because the virus dies quickly outside of the body, it's nearly impossible to get the infection through contact with toilets, towels or other objects used by an infected person.
But if someone in family is infected he needs treatment so that he couldn't spread it to others while involving in to oral sex or intercourse

Dettol is not allowed in genital area. It can cause burning there. Go for proper checkup by gynecologist or elaborate your synonyms so that we can find weather it's a bacteria or fungus or viral infection.
