Madam,
you are on inspiral (drug needs regular prescription and follow up) and a case of bipolar disorder.
You will need to consult your psychiatrist regarding it- with your past episodes of mood disorders and family history of psychiatric illness.
He will guide you in the process.
Without this you will get all sorts of answers on internet and will be worried.

Hi although this is not a medical problem but still I would like to answer.
As you have described that you like the person but not what he has become.
I would suggest you to talk to him seriously about your concerns and make a final decision based on his view for your future.
Storing your feelings and your fears with yourself will slowly start affecting your body and cause mental stress and harm.
I hope this was helpful
for any medical problem you can always consult freely.more

Dear lybrate-user, bipolar disorder causes serious problems in your life. Whereas sexual problems can be discussed and adjusted with your partner. Please give a thought to it.
Sexual problems can be due to diabetes either partially or fully. Discuss with your physician about it.
There are no medicine without side effect. You have to weigh the effect vs side effect. Divaa is not an addicting medicine. You need to take it for your life just like diabetes and thyroid medicines.
