Hey first udiliv 450 has an OD dosage so you have to take it once daily. However it doesn't have much role in formed gallstones. It keeps the bile thin and may prevent further cholesterol buildup and may dissolve sludge (sand). However in a formed gallstone it isn't of a much value but you can give it a try for a month. Besides in gallstones the gallbladder itself is damaged so even if the stone comes out, you may need a surgery for a diseased gallbladder...
