U can do CBC, Stool exam from some lab. If its normal go for endoscopy. Mostly intestinal infection can be diagnosed with symptoms. for this u need to give details of ur case.
In the meanwhile do this
1.Take home cooked, fresh light food.
2. Drink boiled water.
3. Take ORS.
4. Maintain active life style
