Asked for male, 48 years old from Secunderabad

Sir, recently I did a ct scan abdomen. The details are as follows TECHNIQUE: SERIAL AXIAL SECTIONS OF WHOLE ABDOMEN 08 mm DONE WITH & WITHOUT I.V. CONTRAST FINDINGS: Liver: Normal in size and mild decreased attenuation. Two small calcific lesions 5 mm and 3 mm in subsegment 7 of liver. Small isodense area in subsegment 8, on arterial phase showing intense enhancement measuring 8 mm homogenous mild enhancement in delayed phases - Likely Hemangioma No evidence of intrahepatic biliary dilation. Portal vein normal in caliber. CBD normal in caliber. Gall Bladder: Well distended. Few small enhancing iso dense areas over fungal region of Gall bladder largest 4 mm -?Polyp? Cause. Wall thickness normal. Pancreas: Normal in size, and attenuation. No evidence of focal or diffuse lesions. Pancreatic duct normal. No evidence of peripancreatic collection and calcifications. Spleen: Normal in size and attenuation. No evidence of mass lesion. Both adrenal glands are normal in size and attenuation. Right Kidney: Normal in size and position. Few non enhancing hypodense areas largest measuring 6 mm - S/o Cysts. Few small calculi seen in mid pole largest 5 mm Pelvicalyceal system is normal. Right ureter is normal in course and caliber. Left Kidney: Normal in size and position. Few Cysts largest measuring 12 mm - S/o Cysts Small calculus of 3 mm in mid pole. Pelvicalyceal system is normal. Left ureter is normal in course and caliber. Urinary Bladder: Well distended. No evidence of filling defects. Wall thickened -?Cystitis No evidence of calculi. Prostate: Upper limit of normal in size. Small calcifications noted No free fluid in the peritoneal cavity. Bowel loops appear normal. Aorta / IVC are normal in course and caliber. Appendix visualised appear normal in caliber Spine - Small osteophytes seen, Spondylolysis of L5 vertebra, minimal disc space narrowing between L5 - S1 - Early changes of degeneration IMPRESSION: C.T. IMAGE MORPHOLOGY IS IN FAVOUR OF * Mild fatty infiltration of liver with two calcific lesions and likely small hemangioma * Few small enhancing iso dense areas over fungal region of Gall bladder largest 4 mm -?Polyp? Cause. * Bilateral small renal cortical cysts and small renal calculi * Urinary bladder wall thickened -?Cystitis. Please advise a treatment.

As you have GI disorder there might be possibility your body not able to absorb nutrition properly. Maintain your diet and lifestyle. Eat non spicy food rich in green leafy vegetable, fresh fruits, exercise daily. Get yourself tested for thyroid. Consult a gastroenterologist specialist if problem persist for long or severity increases.

Yes the report might have mentioned b lymphocyte negative, but there would be other pieces of information in the biopsy report which you have not told. Please repost the complete biopsy report for any advice. Thank you.

I am 20 years old male, from several months i'm facing digestive issues, sometimes I get loose motions and if not that, the stools are mostly in liquid state, and on a regular basis I have mild stomach pain after I eat anything especially when I eat anything spicy or outside food, the next day itself I get loose motions and because of that my body is also losing weight, i'm now 49 kgs when last checked and my height is 5 ft 7 inches so i'm under weight also, I had shown it to my physician and he had given me medicines for a month for indigestion, acidity and also for worm issues but still the condition is same, I had also done sonography of my abdomen but the sonography report was completely normal, I had also had my blood tested and in the blood report many essentials like haemoglobin, etc were below the margin level. So yesterday I had visited a gastroenterologist and after observing me he gave me some medicines to take for a week and told me to have a ogd test to be done in this week, can someone please guide if this is necessary right on the 1st day of the treatment and approximate how much does it costs for the test? As the test that doctor recommended me is taking rs 6,500 for the test itself. Kindly someone guide me as I am financially not well to pay if not needed then, thank you.

20 years old male suffering chronic diarrhoea for more than 2 years colonoscopy shows ileal nodularity biopsy shows nodular lymphoid hyperplasia in impression ct entrography done ct study reveals thickening walls of the jejunum and illeum along with clumping of the jejunal loops features are suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease but koch lesions could not be ruled out I am pentasa 1g there times daily for more than 4.5 months previously my symptoms was improved but for 30 days it was again where it started a month back I went for check doctor continue the medicine and added steroid budez cr 2 tab for 8 weeks but still I am in doubt its inflammatory bowel disease or tuberculosis ans prefer from physician ayurvedic homeopathy ans not needed.

I have chronic ulcer problem, I continuously feel pain, in area just below my chest, and the pain sometimes spreads to my arms and legs, and my back (pain is in back area in line with the spine) did endoscopy, was diagnosed with bile reflux, but medicine ive used works temporarily then becomes ineffective, ive used epirax, ursodiol, bromazepam but they do not seem to be curing the pain.
