Stomach infection is very much common nowadays because of eating habit. Eating habits (fast food or unhygiene food) is the main cause. So, if you take proper diet with heathy diet it will recover by itself. But if you not then even medicine cannot heal any. So better improve your diet and living style.

It's not because of medicines. Smelly stools can be because of infection. But for green urine, you need to do a urine exam test from some lab. Do this
1.take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ors.4. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods
5. Curd is good for you.

1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
