It is fine to take veloz d before breakfast and take domperidone 10 mg two times before meals. You have to try non-medical methods to avoid gastritis at this tender young age. But there is no need of extra domperidone three times as the tablet veloz has domperidone in it as a combination.

There are many causes for Gastritis, constipation & gases but Agnimandya or Digestive impairment is one of the major cause for that. To increase digestive capability & to reduce pitta in body you need to follow some dietary advice & medicines.
Dont teat bakery products, fermented foods like idli-dosa, junk-fast food.
Also avoid horse gram, oily,spicy, fried food.

It's not because of medicines. Smelly stools can be because of infection. But for green urine, you need to do a urine exam test from some lab. Do this
1.take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ors.4. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods
5. Curd is good for you.
