Avoid foods which are too spicy, oily, bitter or pungent. Take foods like salad, fruits and juices to aid in digestion naturally. Some foods like mint, cardamom, cumin seeds, ginger etc aid in digestion and acidity too. Drinking a cup of warm water on empty stomach twice a day is also okay. Most importantly according to our Vedic culture we should always lovingly offer food to God before eating.
