Avoid oily n spicy food, non veg, milk tea, junk food. Do not skip meals, have regular meals at proper time, have dinner before 7.00 pm.go for morning n evening walk daily. To normalise your heartbeat avoid taking tensions, stress and anxiousness about your problems you will feel much better. You may take homoeopathic medicine along with all the above advices.
