hello sir , have small and frequent meals. don't skip your meals and breakfast. take moderate fiber diet . avoid gastric foods in dinner time. take good amount of water. take one fruit daily. do walk daily after dinner time. take milk and milk products .

Take your meals slowly. Don't drink any cold drinks or alcohol between meals.
Take Gasex tabs. 2+2+2 half hour after meals.
Take chitrakadi vati. 2+2+2. Half hour before meals.
Do meditation, pranayam, surynamaskar daily twice a day.
Take only healthy food.

No need of taking probiotics for life long instead give it a break after every month ,and stick to taking fresh curd in every meal, and eat healthy balanced food with green vegetables fruits and milk.
