I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
It's called borborygmi, and it is caused by gas moving through the intestines. After you've eaten, or sometimes even when you feel hungry, the body starts preparing the stomach and intestines to digest food. Digestive juices are released and muscle contractions begin.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Dear ma'am, I have been having severe gas. Because of the gas, just below my navel area I feel pain. The gas keeps releasing knowingly and unknowingly with a very bad smell. And this starts from the morning only. Once released, the gas keeps on building again. And this is a continuous process. It happens mostly once I have eaten something. The smell is sometimes continuous when I am moving a lot. This is happening for the last 10 years. Also, when I am hungry, the gas and smell goes away. Once I eat something or the hunger falls, the gas and smell come back. I have been taking homoeopathy medicines as suggested. And never opted for allopathy. The doctor first prescribed me kali sulph 30 (this actually increased the problem) later on, the doctor suggested lycopodium 30 after a few days (this reduced the symptoms a little) after 1.5-2 weeks he suggested carbo veg 200 (this made the situation worse. Although there was no pain, a constant smell was there because the gas was passing unknowingly) then he suggested hydrastis mother tincture (this helped a little, but stayed similar) later on, he suggested lycopodium 200 (this increased the problem) now I was suggested to take bacillinum 200 (the problem remained same). Currently, whatever I am eating, in a few minutes a bad smell of that is emanating through my anus. I am 33 years old. Kindly let me know if this is possible to cure.

People may experience gas at night due to eating close to bedtime. Specifically, lying down very soon after eating may cause indigestion, which can produce gas. Also, eating a large meal can trigger some conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome (ibs).

Do this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc....more
