Just take 1 tsf owa (carom seeds) + 1 tsf ghee + hot water at bed time.

Try these home remedies:
- Drink kheer prepared out of saboo. - Drink a glass of pumpkin juice everyday in the morning on empty stomach.
- Take 1tsf of jeera powder mixed with jaggery twice daily.
Or poppy seeds which keeps the stomach cool. â Take a bowl of curds mixed with sugar or a glass of lassi everyday which helps to neutralise the acid.

Your symptom are similar to that of IBS(irritable bowel syndrome)thus you need to avoid the following.
1.Milk and milk products(curd,cheese,paneer,ice-creams,khoya etc)
2.Wheat and wheat products and oats.
3.Use rice products like rice,idli rawa,flaked rice(poha),poped rice,jowar,bajra and ragi etc.
