You are now over the age of 18. Wiring or orthodontic treatments get better result in between 12-16 years. But at the age of 18 our bones were rigid & matured enough. So better you wl go for cosmetic way of gap filling & for better allignments.

Actually as far as I know there is no permanent solution once the gap has developed.
It can be reduced with braces but once you remove them they gradually develop again.

Hello madam. Increase in gap day to day. It does mean you had some period problem (bone problem). U need get an x ray (opg) and then your dentist can estimate the severity. Once the bone problem. Is cleared then you can take steps for closing the gap.
