Gall bladder has to removed otherwise it will form the stones again. You should get your surgery done urgently.

The sludge may not be removed by allopathic medicine. If he is symptomatic, He should undergo GB removal surgery.

There is no way to cure it we need to monitor it with regular scans once in 6 months .of it is growing we need to remove GB.
