azeflo is a combination of an antihistamine and a low dose steroid. Otrivin is a very powerful decongestant. They work differently and are used for different purposes. You should consult an ent surgeon to better understand your symptoms and get the appropriate treatment. Otrivin is not recommended for use for more than 5-7 days as it can cause a lot of other problems in time.
