U can try this -
1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

Dear lybrate-user, the biggest reason for stress or tension is toxic people. Since you are 24 years old, school and college difficulties are now over. There is no reason to think about past now.
Try to get 8 hours of sleep. To get deep sleep, you must get adequate sunlight exposure daily.
Chew foods properly.
Consume more dairy products.
Eat warm cooked foods, avoid salads.
