Hi, There is some kind of hormonal imbalance. kindly correct your diet. Reduce the consumption of outside food. Increase your intake of water, Fruits and vegetables. Have a well balanced diet and small frequent meals every 2-3 hourly. Reduce consumption of processed, Packaged and bakery, confectionaries, like bread, biscuits, cakes, ice-creams and chocolates. Still if the problem persists then consult your doctor.

eat a well balanced diet and participate in some sports, physical activity is important to increase weight, take less stress and more vitamin d. Must consult physician before taking any protein in supplement form. Although you can add nuts and legumes (sprouts) to your diet. Hope it helps

Dear lybrate-user,
gastritis if chronic and not going away after ppi or antibiotics treatment. Try adding l carnosine on empty stomach.
If you consume gainer, gastritis will flair up and you will get abdominal pain and diarrhea. You will end up losing more weight.
In supplements, you can safely use l glutamine instead.
Avoid dry fruits, seeds, nuts etc.
Get minimum 8 hours sleep. Increase your sunlight exposure.
Do not take any stress in any form.

U can try this -
1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
