Gaining Weight Health Feed

Hello, I am 95 kg right now. When I started workout at the gym after a 2-3 min of warmup I felt very tired and got a tendency to vomit and started nausea. After a short rest it’s fine. This things will happen if a take 1 week break from workout and then starting workout. And also if I increase the weight or do something harder this same thing happens. I don’t know what is the reason. Please help.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.
