Hello, Dermaroller helps in areas where there is reduced hair density, not areas which are completely bald. You can try dermaroller and minoxidil for 6-8 sessions. The results are moderate.

Hello, Dermaroller can cause increased blood flow and provide growth factors for miniaturized hairs. It can work in areas of low hair density not in areas where its completely bald. You need to use 0.5 or 1 mm dermaroller for scalp.
