it is excellent to have have work out every day you should take drybfruit at least half an hour after work out same with the water do not take water immediately afterafter work out have light dinner. another thing you can add have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. you can have papaya and tomato in any form it will take care of your health and skin healthyvand bright.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari, naan, white bread.
Can drink tea but without sugar say no to buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's
can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati, bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
