Try these exercises to help relieve your pain
1.Arm-across-chest stretch – hold your right hand out in front of you, keeping it near your waist. Reach your left hand behind your elbow, pulling your right arm to the left and across your chest. If you feel pain in your shoulder, lower your arm until the pain subsides. The goal is to be able to pull your right arm across your chest without feeling any pain. sorry about your frozen shoulder, I can understand how it feels when the movement is blocked.
But not to worry, I will suggest you two things which helps reduce your pain and improve mobility.
1. Apply any diclifenac ointment and cover it for 10-15 mins and then clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation
2. Shoulder strengthening exercise's.
These two things will surely help you in recovering pain and movement of shoulder.
