If u r diabetic then maintain ur diabetes by medicine for better relief.
otherwise laser therapy is also option to better relief tk calcium supplements

Frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which shoulder movements get progressively decreased, it is commonly associated with diabetes although association with other conditions is also known. Treatment includes intensive physical therapy, short course anti inflammatory medications according to one' s suitability and maintenance of calcium/ vitamin d metabolism.
