It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. i am 50+ , have frozen shoulder for last 3 months, with manageable pain in shoulders. please advise.
Ultra sound and diathermy treatment to manage pain. To increase the shoulder ROM you have to religiously follow the exercise regime before the condition worsens.

Frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which shoulder movements get progressively decreased, it is commonly associated with diabetes although association with other conditions is also known. Treatment includes intensive physical therapy, short course anti inflammatory medications according to one' s suitability and maintenance of calcium/ vitamin d metabolism.
