There are exercises (kiegels) that can be done to reduce these symptoms. Moreover, ask her not to drink water one hour before going to bed, and to empty the bladder just before going to bed.
If severe, medicines ca be given ,but without exercises the consition will only progress.

It can be because of infection.
1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

From the information given it appears you may have some kind of infection. So please get your urine checked for routine and microscopy. If there is any infection specific treatment may be required. It is better to get a proper examination done.
